ZN6153 Water-based Epoxy Lotion

Characteristic:

It is a water-based lotion emulsified by solid epoxy resin

It mainly contains medium molecular resin which provides strong hardness and high gloss

Environmental friendly, low VOC, no pungent odor at room temperature

APEO free

The emulsifier molecule contains epoxy group, which can participate in the curing and cross-linking reaction to improve the water resistance, corrosion resistance and other film properties

Small emulsion particle diameter, good storage stability

It provides good mechanical properties

Good applicability and construct-ability

 

Application

It is mainly used for coating metal substrates such as steel, and has excellent adhesion to galvanized sheet, aluminum sheet, stainless steel substrates and etc. It is recommended that the amount of lotion should be increased by about 15-20% on the basis of the designed amount when used together with waterborne epoxy curing agent, stir for at least 3 minutes after mixing with curing agent components.

Precautions

This product should be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place, away from the fire source.

This product is irritating to the skin. Avoid direct contact to skin and eyes. Raise with tap water and soap in time if contact with the skin; In case of contact with eyes and discomfort after washing, please seek medical advice immediately.

Mix well and filter with a filter cloth of more than 100 meshes before use.

Dispersants containing carboxyl groups, organic amine groups and salts will have an impact on paint production. It is better to choose non-ionic neutral dispersants that do not contain above materials which have affection on stability of epoxy.

The better the adhesion, the more important to have this product to be used in time when it is ready if the substrate is galvanized, aluminum, copper or stainless steel, especially stainless steel material.
